This is a powerful book that deals with an issue that affects all of us.it introduces key habits that can influence our lives both posit and negatively. He also shows how major achievements like civil rights movement were crafted through forming group habits. Companies like Alcoa succeeded when they identified a key habit of worker safety. At end he gives an example of someone destroyed by gambling debts due to wrong habits.
