I don’t say this lightly. I won’t drag you through a therapy session filled with childhood woes and adolescent strife. However, I will say that I (like most humans) am a product of my upbringing and conditioning.
This book helped me see the root of my most hindering qualities, and my best. It taught me to amplify my strengths, and curve weaknesses. It also taught me to IDENTIFY those things.
If you are someone who wants to level up or even maintain good habits, this is the book.
Picture a garden. This book teaches you how to find, make, and identify good soil, as well as identify the weeds.
Very very little fluff
