“The ideal beach read.” — Elle
Justin has a curse that’s now gone viral, thanks to a Reddit thread. Every woman he dates seems to find their soulmate right after they break up. When Emma slides into his DMs with a similar problem, they hatch a plan: they’ll date each other, break up, and cancel out each other’s curse. It’s a wild idea… but maybe it’ll work.
Description
Emma hadn’t planned on being in Minnesota for her next assignment as a traveling nurse, but when she and her best friend get the chance to rent a charming cottage on a private island on Lake Minnetonka, dating Justin feels like too good an opportunity to pass up.
What was meant to be a summer fling quickly becomes more complicated when Emma’s toxic mother shows up, and Justin has to take guardianship of his three younger siblings. Now, they’re juggling a lot more than they expected—and suddenly, their feelings for each other are getting real. Could it be that Fate has finally brought them the perfect match?

Linnéa –
Loved the book. I read it in 4 days. Thought it would be a feel-good love story but it was much deeper and had a more meaningful storyline than that. Recommend!
Claudia –
I recommend this book. It touches a lot of different issues and it’s interesting how the author narrated it.
